The welded pipe is vertically cut with a pipe cutter, and the pipe and fittings are simultaneously pushed into the welding die without rotation.

1. Install the heating end of the fixed fusion splicer, place the fusion splicer on the rack, install the corresponding heating die according to the required pipe specifications, and tighten it with an inner hexagon, usually smaller than the front end.  

2. Power on and connect the power supply (note that the power supply must have a grounding protection wire). When the green indicator light is on and the red indicator light is off, it indicates that the fusion splicer has entered automatic control mode and can start operation. Attention |: In automatic temperature control mode, the red and green lights will alternately light up on their own, indicating that the fusion splicer is in a controlled state and does not affect operation.

3. The welded pipe is vertically cut with a pipe cutter, and the pipe and fittings are simultaneously pushed into the welding die without rotation. The operation is carried out according to the requirements in the following table. After reaching the heating time, the pipe and fittings are immediately removed from the die, and quickly and uniformly inserted in a straight line without rotation to the desired depth, forming a uniform flange at the joint.
