Usage

1. Install the heating end of the fixed fusion splicer, place the fusion splicer on the rack, install the corresponding heating die according to the required pipe specifications, and tighten it with an inner hexagon, generally smaller at the front end and larger at the back end.

2. Turn on the power and connect the power supply (note that the power supply must have a grounding protection wire). The green indicator light will turn on and the red indicator light will turn off. Indicates that the fusion splicer has entered automatic control mode and can begin operation. Attention: In automatic temperature control mode, this indicates that the fusion splicer is in a controlled state and does not affect operation.

3. Welding pipes, use a pipe cutter to vertically cut the pipes, and simultaneously push the pipes and fittings into the welding die without rotation, and operate according to the requirements in the following table. After reaching the heating time, immediately remove the pipe and fittings from the mold head, and quickly and uniformly insert them in a straight line without rotation to the desired depth, so that the joint opens into a uniform flange.

Precautions

1. Do not tamper with the plug. When using it, you must insert the plug into a grounded socket.

2. During use, hands and flammable materials should not touch the electric melting block to avoid accidents.

3. Non professionals are not allowed to open the product to prevent electric shock and damage to the safety performance of the instrument.

4. If the red indicator light does not jump for a long time, it indicates that the instrument has malfunctioned and should immediately stop working and cut off the power supply.

5. If there is a malfunction, it should be sent to local distributors or manufacturers for repair, and users are not allowed to disassemble it at will.

6. If the operating environment temperature is below 5 ℃, the heating time will be extended by 50%.

7. The temperature of the fusion splicer has been adjusted before leaving the factory. Non professionals are not allowed to adjust it arbitrarily to avoid affecting the normal use and service life of the fusion splicer.
